Privacy Policy

Real Keyboard Tester is a free tool, and we keep this policy short because the tool takes very little from you. There is no account, no sign up, and no payment.

Your key presses

The tester runs in your browser. The keys you press are read only to light up the matching key on screen. Nothing you type is recorded, stored, or sent to any server.

Ratings

Posting a rating is optional. If you post one, only what you enter is stored and shown: your name (or Anonymous), avatar, stars, and comment. Your IP address is used only to limit ratings to one per day, and it is never shown on the site or sold.

Saved on your device

Your display choices, such as theme, layout, size, sound, volume, and language, are saved in your own browser so the page looks the same on your next visit. You can clear them anytime from your browser settings.
